A sack of coffee. A truck on its way to the border. A monthly salary. A complaint filed at a police post. Plexaris traces each one back to a verified person who had the right to act. What nobody could check before becomes something you can lend against, buy from, pay out on and defend.
Goods move, trucks cross borders, people work, money changes hands and complaints get filed. The trail is there. It just stops the moment someone asks who handled it and whether they were allowed to.
A ministry pays salaries to people nobody has ever met. Money leaves every month and nobody can prove who belongs on the list and who does not.
A farmer has sold his crop for fifteen years. Nothing was recorded in a form a bank or a buyer will accept, so on paper he has no history at all.
A truck leaves the warehouse with thirty tonnes and arrives with twenty-six. The load changed hands five times on the way. Nobody signed for it, so nobody can say where the missing four went or who answers for them.
A citizen reports an abuse of power. The file passes through many hands and somewhere along the way it slows down, changes or disappears. Nobody can show who held it last.
A bank cannot lend to a customer it cannot verify. Not because the customer is dishonest and not because the business is bad, but because there is no way to check. So the bank says no and the safest decision for the bank is the most expensive one for everybody else.
Five sectors. One missing link: a person you can verify, at the moment it matters.
Most traceability follows the product. We follow the person. Every bag that is weighed, every shift that is worked and every file that is signed was handled by someone. Prove who that someone is and whether they were allowed to do it. Then the rest of the trail holds.
Four questions, answered at the moment it happens:
Established once and carried into every system that needs it.
Their role and mandate, confirmed in the same check.
The delivery, the payment, the decision, recorded at source rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Signed evidence that holds for a buyer, a bank, an auditor or a court.
Get the first two right and the other two become a matter of record.
SPEAQ-ID is the identity every Plexaris product runs on. A person is verified once and that identity travels with them: from the farm to the bank, from the payroll to the courtroom. It is the reason a Plexaris record is never just data. It is a statement signed by someone you can find.
Technology is usually counted as a cost. A verified trail works the other way round: it opens income that was out of reach and closes leaks nobody could find.
A customer you can verify is a customer you can lend to. Farmers and small businesses with a traceable history become a loan book instead of a risk. Fraud at the counter or through agents has nowhere to start.
Every shilling reaches a verified person with a verified right to receive it. Payroll leakage closes, programme funds such as those under the Parish Development Model land where they were meant to land and every disbursement can be accounted for afterwards.
Shipments that clear European due diligence without a scramble at audit time, because origin was recorded at the farm by a verified person. Compliance stops being the price of market access and becomes the reason buyers choose your product.
Issue SPEAQ-ID to your own customers through the desks you already run. Every product you offer then authenticates against an identity that cannot be copied. Every customer you enrol strengthens your own business first.
Every pickup, every handover and every delivery signed by the verified person who was allowed to make it. Loads stop disappearing between warehouse and customer, disputes are settled by the record instead of by argument and a transporter with a clean trail becomes the one shippers, insurers and lenders choose first.
Stock, fuel, attendance and approvals across every location, each tied to the person responsible. Control at a distance, without needing someone you trust standing on every site.
Every step of a complaint or a case tied to the person who took it. Delay and tampering leave a visible trail. Accountability becomes something you can show rather than promise.
Each platform solves a distinct problem. Each one inherits the same verified foundation.
Who is this and what may they do? The identity and mandate layer underneath every Plexaris platform, also available on its own for banks, telecom operators and national identity programmes.
From plot to port. Plots registered with GPS at the point of harvest by a verified person, every handover on the road signed by the driver or warehouse keeper who took it over, a full chain of custody per delivery and EUDR-ready documentation that is built into the daily workflow instead of retrofitted at audit time.
Every employee, every role and every approval tied to a verified identity. Ghost workers and duplicate entries have nowhere to hide. Payroll across many sites, grades and currencies runs without manual reconciliation.
Complaint intake and case triage, voice-first in Luganda, Swahili and English, with every step of a case on record and every hand that touched it known.
Public Vitality for health infrastructure and a land and property registry. Not yet available for deployment, shown here so institutions can plan ahead.
A hub is a physical place where waste management, production, processing, logistics and trade come together. It is where verified activity is generated at source. Every digital record stays tied to a real place, a real person and a real transaction.
Hubs are built the way trust is built here: locally, through trained people who are the link between the community and the system. Trust cannot be bought or imported. It is earned on the ground. The network grows only as fast as that trust does.
A working commercial business run by the same founders. Farmers are paid for jackfruit that used to go to waste. Every farmer and every payment is verified through the same foundation the platforms run on.
It shows the whole chain in the field. A verified person leads to a traced transaction, which builds a relationship people trust enough to come back to, which becomes real, recurring income for the family at the centre of it.
The hub is where it happens. Plexaris traces it to a person. Jack's Secret proves it creates value.
Every Plexaris platform is written by Ugandan software engineers, trained in-country on the same stack they go on to support. Support, updates and continuity sit with the team that built the system, in the country where it is used.
Those engineers come out of the Plexaris Academy, which is also open to businesses and practitioners who want to build production-ready AI automations themselves.
Explore the AcademyEvery Plexaris platform inherits the security model of SPEAQ-ID: no central credential store, no vault of personal data and no single point for an attacker to target. It is not a feature added for compliance. It is the architecture.
The alignment described here reflects how the architecture is designed. Formal legal review per jurisdiction is in progress.
SPEAQ-ID, Plexaris Agri and Plexaris HR run in production in Uganda, with identity issuance operational in-country. Deployment pathways are being prepared across the East African Community, on the same foundation.

The farmer gets a history and with it a loan. The civil servant gets paid and the ghost on the payroll does not. The load that left the warehouse is the load that arrives. The citizen's complaint reaches the desk it was sent to. Institutions stop guessing and start deciding.
That is what we build for. Not more data, but trails that hold, so that people who were invisible to the institutions able to serve them finally become visible and bankable.
For ministries, banks, telecom operators, exporters, transporters and employers: we will walk you through a live demonstration.
